I'm looking for a change and want to get into a DS role. I have 1.8 years of experience at a fortune 50 retailer and I am currently a senior analyst. I also have PGDM in finance, and my skills include SQL, python, PowerBI, tableau, familiar with Knime, Alteryx and also PySpark. Is there any way to work for a company as their SAP/Scada/Primavera support ? I have 4 years of experience in these but the place I have joined here in Canada doesn’t use these technologies/ERP systems. Just wondering if I could land a part time position (available Saturday/Sunday) just so that I stay updated and cutting edge? Need suggestion. Got an offer with a product company A through referrel with just 70% hike. They initially told me to not look for any offer as it is a referral.

Now, I got another offer with around 150% in another product company B. Joining date in both are by next week. How to politely reject the offer from Company A ( they won't match the new offer). I am afraid if there is any consequences.

A few of my coworkers got redeployment. Basically they were told to find a new job within the company or look elsewhere. Fortunately, I wasn't selected but we all work alongside each other everyday.
