I’ve seen three different roles at the same company that I’d be open to. FP&A, biz ops, and a reporting analyst role. They all align with my skill set in different ways, but I’m worried applying to more than one makes me look unfocused. Some people say it shows you’re serious about the company, others say it makes you look desperate. I don’t want to kill my chances by seeming scattered. What’s your take?

Hi, can someone help me understand what's the salary range for a UiPath business/process analyst with 5 yrs of experience in UiPath and overall 10 years of experience in Toronto, Ontario?

I have an offer in PE VP role in Citco and JPM and I am at cross road on which is one to company to choose. Their pay is very similar but JPM is offering an attractive signing on bonus. I need a honest advise on which is better between these two firms.

Just found out that end of the year I will be promoted from analyst directly to VP and since it’s such a large jump I’ll be the lowest paid VP in asset management at only $135k TC. Should I stay it out and wait for TC to align or take the promotion and jump ship bc I will likely get paid more elsewhere given how recruiters/other companies eat up hiring recently promoted ppl from other firms?

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone.
