I have recived a call from HR regarding the salary offered & she told that we are offering that salary. I have accepted offer & told her to explain me the breakup of CTC, she said she will call me back but i have not received any call from last 2 days & I have tired to call & also mailed her but no revert.
Can someone explain me what should be the matter or its likes goes only in deloitte? Deliotte

I feel the same way. Especially now looking for a new job, all of the remote jobs require someone with a tight specific niche of industry experience- because no wants to or has time to train or mentor… remember that?
But don’t you dare forget the full quote: "A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.”
Comparison is a thief of joy, and I often feel the same way. But I also think the market is cooked and my future is toast if I try to lean on one thing from here. My specialty will be real-time survival, not some niche marketing function.

This is very well put. There are situations where one may add more value than another, and unique opportunities with both

There are pros ans cons to specialization. While there are some roles that it opens you up for, it also can take you off the table for many that a generalist may have available.
You should look specifically for venture capitalist back companies. They are visually the ones that want a full stack marketer. They can actually pay decent money and you can make out if they go public. I would push for the $$$ though.
