I’ve used several systems to support the Talent Acquisition area, but lately, I had really good experiences using Greenhouse, TalentWall, Gem/Teamable, HackerRank, Zapier and Jira. What is your preferred system/tool and what are pros/cons you can share?

Love Seekout but from a compliance standpoint I don’t like how they infer race, gender, etc based on certain data points.

I am partial to HireLogic for interviews. It provides you with conversational analytics to assist leaders with coaching and feedback to their recruiters and allows the recruiter to work with more efficiency as the year sheet is automatically prepared for them 2 mins after the call. Quite simply, HireLogic transcribes the call using AI/ML so the recruiter doesn't have to be concerned with tedious not taking.

I’m a fan of hireEZ—similar to seekout. Also HiredScore for resume screening.
