Pretty tired of smart women undermining each other, especially seniors doing it to juniors. Why the hell is the first instinct to attack&destroy? Not into kumbayas but more into having my peer's back.

Love the role and opportunity, but anyone ever turn down a job offer because their prospective office looked like crap? Think 1980's old school office.
