January somehow feels worse than December. At least in December I was still in control of the process. Now the schools have everything and I have nothing to do but speculate. Does the waiting ever get easier, or do you just get better at distracting yourself?

Applied in r1 - totally get how you feel. It depends from person to person but I was very bad at the waiting game. It never got better. 4 months felt like a year. At least r2 timeline is a bit shorter.

My colleagues
Just to put some intro
I am 22 years after college experience and worked in consulting for 15 years and currently in industry for 7 years.
My long term goal is to go back to consulting more of a business advisor from a strategy perspective
Here is my question
Would MBA be any good for me especially looking at strategy side?
I don’t want to spend $200K and would probably go online MBA in a mid tier school. Are those any good?
Looking forward to your great input on this topic

Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).

Now when thinking about 100K in loans, I feel anxious about not getting a PM role after. Was this the right move?
