I'm having 3 YOE and had a 1 Years of Career Gap because of Health Issue (Covid).

Recently 1 month before I joined new organisation.
During Interview Process they told me for some months it would WFH. Prior Joining they asked me to come to Office Location asap.

I'm unwilling to go. I'm trying to switch the company.

How can I show this 1 month of experience in CV.

I have 5 years of experience as PLSQL developer.
I have cleared first round of technical interview at Deloitte. I have managerial interview on Monday. Wanted to know about the process at Deloitte. What happens in managerial interview? Do they discuss about about salary expectation ? Need help and tips guys.

Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? So I'm in a weird space at the moment. I've been interviewing with a lot of agencies in the past couple of months, and I keep getting the same response of "I need more agency experience." How am I supposed to get that experience if one of the things holding me back is not having enough agency experience?

I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

I like my company, but I want to do less. I don’t need to be a HR Director, CHRO, etc. With a career slowdown, I am prepared for a lower compensation and would want decent benefits. My current organisation has appraisal due in Jan 22 end. I want to choose between my current org and the new company after this appraisal.
If i share the documents, will my current org get to know that i am trying to switch?
If they get to know this can affect my appraisal. 😞
