I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. Travel and TTC combo haven’t worked. After 6 months, the only offer I got included 4 weeks paid and FLMA only after 1 year. So 1) go and risk laughable benefits or 2) stay but risk TTC. So shitty 😭

I get them and am excited about the possibility of them helping for about a week then I just stop using it. Even if I find it helpful I just never stay consistent with it. Does this happen to others? 2 - called up scheduling team and was told that interview would be rescheduled
3 - no emails from anyone. called scheduling team and got word that candidature will not be affected. again no email
4 - dropped multiple emails to POC and Talent team - no response
5 - status stuck in portal as “review” and unable to apply for any other Job ID
