Design is not just about doing a few courses lol. It's about the mindset and the want to learn and since problems.
Do a few case studies, pet projects, design challenges etc. Also a portfolio is necessary.
Create different UI designs for iOS android and web. Keep posting them in dribbble, behance, muz.li etc., build portfolios and show it in resume/personal website.
I guess Instead of finding a job right away, you should search for internships. It'll help you build more knowledge and some practical experience and this will make you a better option for the firms hiring for this particular position
Even though you've completed courses in UX Design you don't seem to be confident about your learnings. Make sure that you can tackle all the design aspects by preparing use-cases and enhancing your portfolio.
Gain confidence and then apply for job.

Hii I am a UX designer and I am looking for internship but companies won't offer internships to people who don't have a design degree , how to cross this barrier of "design degree" 🤔
Many companies offer paid internships, you just need to show them you skills. Create a portfolio of your best designs or create a blog/website that you can show. Degree is not necessary for getting an internship or job. You jsut need skills
