Joined here 1 year ago. HR committed retention bonus for 2 consecutive yrs on mail while doing joining formalities. Now they're saying that I'm not eligible for the bonus as I didn't receive retention bonus letter in that mail. However it is clearly mentioned above thing in the same email. Never seen such HR before.

Hi all, so I got an offer from TCS last week with 2L of joining bonus. The JB related details are not mentioned in the offer letter and when I tried calling my HR he is neither picking up the call nor replying to my email. Will they be giving me the bonus, if yes what shall I get as a reference from them. Please advise. TIA

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update
