Joined TCS 2 months ago and have been mostly unallocated for nearly 2 months. Had 2 temporary allocations that ended due to requirement changes/internal project issues. Recently got selected for a project and received confirmation from the project side, but RMG/unit is not proceeding with allocation due to BFSI/unit reasons. Not getting calls from other projects either. Has anyone faced this? Can RMG/unit hold a profile beyond 7–8 days, or is it usually moved to TMP/common pool/war room?

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?
