Joined TCS in April 2025 and recently got offer from UBS. Is it a wise decision to move from tcs for 12yrs automation testing experience?

Current CTC in TCS 32 lakhs
Offered CTC in UBS 36 lakhs(gratuity and insurance out of CTC)

Note - My account in Tcs is very bad, client do a lot of micro management

For ux designers.. when you work on a website redesign project where do you begin?

I have a governmental entity client in Texas that wants to offer 6 weeks of paid parental leave for all employees, even those who aren’t eligible for FMLA. After the paid 6 weeks, the employee can choose to continue paid leave using any accrued personal leave.

Texas does not have a paid parental leave statute.

If paid leave above what is required is offered for parents, do we also have to provide the same benefit to other employees that are eligible for unpaid leave?

Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

I have been a software developer (professionally) for about 7 years now, but I’ve decided to move out from that job and do something else (still in tech).
I don’t know yet what to do exactly, but I know I just don’t want to be only writing code every day.
