I've started my my job recently and I'm working remote and work about 10-15hrs/ week as a FP&A analyst. Want to know if I can squeeze in another side hustle or something. Would most likely have to be another remote job or after my reg office hours (9-5) if I do.

Does anyone know whether there’s a red tape type reason an associate couldn’t transition to fully remote in another state? I work in New York office but team based in Charlotte office so already technically remote but considering a move to a state where we don’t have an office.
