Idk much about Salesforce, but that salary sounds very good for 3 YOE
That’s fairly good. Just know that it won’t go up much after that unless you get promoted
Transparency around salary bands? Oh, that definitely didn’t exist when I was there lol
I’m a consultant at Deloitte with more YOE and I don’t make anywhere near $130 - sounds good to me
Second this. Seems very good for only 3 YoE
12 YOE at Deloitte as a SC3 making 98k.
kill me
Update: salary adjusted 4 months ago to to 147k with M1 promo, 22k bonus.
I think it’s good!

Hey OP I'm at slalom rn. $130k is on the higher end for consultants coming in. I think our Salesforce practice is doing really well right now. Not sure how you've handled negotiations so far to be able to say how much is left on the table.
M n no where close to 130 with >2x YOE
I made 130k at 13 YOE...
Deloitte. I had 13 years active duty military, then joined Deloitte as a manager at 130k.
Pretty good, that also comes with an incentive bonus, which is good I believe for the 160k TC mark.
I don't think I've been given an incentive bonus. Is that par for the course at Slalom?
That’s about right in this climate. And given that Slalom has seen a lot of its experienced resources exit over the last year or so. If I were you I’d take it, but not before asking if there’s a sign-on bonus. Trust me, they need you. And if they offered 130, they’ve got at least 140 to spare. The worst they can say is no, which I doubt.
Who ever we lost, we hired 10 more. Lol Can’t keep up with the work and we are one of the largest SFDC partners in the world. Party at Slalom!
