Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

They take half of what you earn. If they say a job pays $50 and hour, its more like $110. They suck in almost every sense of the word. They just want a butt in a seat. That said, if you need some gigs to tide you over, they can help. But avoid if you can.
I know for a fact that they take a HUGE cut - more than 50% of what you would make by going to the agency directly. That's way more than other firms take, and it's total BS. They are bottom feeders and exist only to hook up the most desperate with places that don't care what quality they get. Unless you have any other option stay away. Not only are you underselling yourself, but you're working for a company that is devaluing all creatives and what we do. my two cents
Wait why the eff would they take half of my earnings? Screw that
Creative circle is tons of red tape and paperwork before they even talk to you. I didn’t bother.. they undersell you, and other recruiters don’t make you jump through hoops for BS
Creative circle is legitimate I’ve worked with them before getting ask last 4 on the phone seems odd but wouldn’t worry about it.
Thanks for the info. I m gonna stay away from them. Any other recruitment agencies for advertising u might recommend?
I agree ten thousand percent about the pay cut issue, it’s not good. But I took a great gig from them and was extremely happy with the work I added to my book and I worked with a great client. Always negotiate with them on rate. It’s one way to get work or foot in the door.
