I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
