Do I need to wait until my H1b at Deloitte gets approved and then request the H1b transfer? Or is there a way for my new employer to file the H1b petition on my behalf, even if they weren’t the ones who did the original registration for me back in March?

I always underestimate how long things will take, both because we ADHD’ers view time differently and because I don’t build in time for getting distracted.
