I just offered an intern a full time position as an account coordinator with a starting salary of $50k. They have only been an intern for 2 months and have no prior experience. They acted like $50k was a huge slap in the face. Am I crazy for thinking $50k is reasonable for entry level in Toronto? My total is different from post-grad different from manager titles. Some companies consider manager title to determine YOE for comp which didn’t make sense.
