Just joined a new consulting firm in the fall, then my father passed away suddenly.. took time off but back now and still grieving, everything has been put into perspective (life happens quick) and I kind of just want a chill industry job now to have more free time with family. I’ve been in client services my whole career but been with current firm less than 5 months at this point, what do I do? Is it too soon to look? How much time should I give myself?

I joined CG 6 months back and was on training for 3-4 months for Dynamics CRM, completing multiple MS certifications. Post that I was mapped to an account for the project & was under shadow.

After shadow completed it seems like there's no project openings in the account for which I was selected. And now management wants me to go for other certs.
