Just saw a job posting for an AAE role at Leo Burnett. I studied advertising at CU Boulder and always thought I’d go directly to an agency, but ended up accepting a job in-house for an offer I thought sounded great. It’s been over a year and I’m thinking I want to switch over. Does anyone have any tips on getting into the agency world after having been in-house? Also any insight on Leo Burnett would be great.
