Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

Yeah, they will fire old employees with higher package and hire new employees with lower package. This shows Globant is not reliable company

People will get increments after 2 years since last appraisals and Enginner 1 is asking to be patient. Woww 😯
They are hiring now for the same positions they laid off innocent employees 2 months back.
This is called hire and fire culture and this raises questions on studio leadership.
You will soon come across next round of lay off if this new project goes away from Globant.

Correct, some people are so much involved in boot licking, they will lick everywhere. They behave like it's their own company. We are already loosing money because of inflation and cost of living in cities like Bangalore Pune is very high.
I think this person is from those group of people who got their bonus and promotions.

Even in my friend circle sab bol rahe the Globant is hire and fire company.
One of my friend turned down offfer of Globant also after hearing this.
And naya hiring ho raha hai and existing employees ko revision ke liye patient rehna padega wah wah 👏

It's a myth that old employees are having higher packages in Globant.
Only a few people are having good packages.
Their is a huge gap between packages of new employees and old employees.
New people are having higher packages than old people with the same experience level.
