I just got an offer from a company that I have mixed feelings about. Team seems great but Glassdoor reviews, not so much. I’m currently interviewing with a couple of other companies that are amazing and would be my too choices. However, I’m very early in the process so it will probably take a month or so to get to the offer stage with them. Have final round interviews at BCG tomorrow. I'm at S& right now at the SA level. Father had a sudden health issue come up this week and it's got me off my game. I'll ultimately need to support him financially for at least a year while he recovers. Not complaining, but has me considering just dropping out of the interview process. Is that crazy? I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. I have 8YOE and a MS. An internal recruiter and a headhunter said I should have 2pg. Should I list older projects? Listing ~15 projects, I have 1/6 pg left
