Just wanting clarification just received a copy of background investigation from First Advantage for Deloitte. Everything says eligible the only verification that needs to be complete is for my current employer. Does this mean I'm good to go as far giving my two weeks to my current employer?

About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? I haven’t gotten the official offer letter yet, just verbal.
