I just tell myself that I have no idea what customers or even coworkers are going through. I know not everyone has something going on, but it helps me to think that is the reason for the attitude.
I think it has changed a lot- for some to the better, for others not. I feel like, customers and co workers alike, I either get the one extreme or the other. A lot of my regular customers are so very kind and sweet and understanding and make my day. And then there are the ones who just hate their lives and you are the outlet.
Its sad, really, the later one. I believe that no one human being is in any way better than another, but with a dynamic and especially power change ( I'm talking money more than anything) some feel superior and act accordingly.
I’ve never heard of a kindness competition or sport in my life. Is this a real thing or something you’re striving to do?
