Ladies, don't ever worry about AI taking over your work. Its completely useless - at least the AI software I use. What a god damned waste. It actually costs the firm time and money to play with a lousy program that doesn't work. Especially when you are given bad if ANY instructions with what to do and how to handle the task at hand. We don't read minds.

Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house.
