I have been looking for a job for 3 months now and would like to understand what I do wrong

I have 2 y of experience as PM and 10 y in marketing

So, I had 28 screening interviews with HRs (from companies) that led me to 12 interviews with hiring managers - 42%

And 5 out of these 12 invited me going farther- again 42% and have interviews with teams
Unfortunately, I wasn’t successful by any reasons. I am frustrated (((

Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales?
