Hey fishes! I am being offered 11.5 LPA and 1 lac joining bonus at Grant Thornton for Assitant Management designation in cyber process review and SOC testing. Want to know the work culture and working hours at GT and if it’s worth joining there?
I have 2 years of work ex with D under IT Audit and have been offered around 42% hike on my current pay at D. Also have done MBA and have 2 years of experience as Software Engineer.

I have filtered 2 offers out of 4. Below are those 2 offers.
A. Infosys - 14.6lpa including 2lacs variable + 2.5JB + permanent WFH. Indore base location
B. Mphasis- 20.5lpa including 1 lac variable+ 1 lac JB. No WFH. Pune base location.

I live with parents they are not willing for pune as it is far from my hometown and Indore is near to my hometown.
Permanent WFH with infy is the only advantage.
And they says money is not everything that is quiet right.
