Avoid both. DI has horrible WLB and cognizant is not too good either. If you're concern is only the package, ask TCS to match DI's offer. Also, get the onsite promise in writing with a clear time frame so that you're not cheated.

Rather than asking for onsite ask them for 50% hike for retaining yourself, i have seen many people getting that much.
Even if they promise in writing, I wouldn't trust it. Considering the pandemic situation and the uncertainty, you can't be sure if that will happen (even in the unlikely chance that mgmt genuinely tries). So I wouldn't really bet on it. In any case, ask them pointed questions to understand if there really are positions for onsite. It shouldn't be difficult to find that in your own account. If the projects under the ISU head are predominantly Manages Services, chances of getting an onsite would be lean. And if it is for US, far lesser. If they do L1A Visa, there might be chances but that's for managerial positions. Hope these pointers help in your decision making.
Once you take back papers in tcs, you will not have any option if they don't send you onsite... Try to get better pay from others... If tcs matches offer you can stay but otherwise don't... In the current scenario, onsite should not be an option...
Onsite promise from tcs a trap. Am ex-tcs guy where they also told me same thing about onsite. So get a counter offer from tcs or join Deloitte.
What's your YOE btw?
Thanks for sharing.
I agree with Senior Consultant's advice.
Very true , HR is clearly dening Salary hike and only thing being offered is 80k for wings 2 which I cleared before putting up my paper .for Onsite they are not giving anything in writing
If you have onsite aspirations , prefer CTS. They process more visas than tcs
