Is there a firm that does a lot of consulting work for hospitals in Texas Medical Center (MD Anderson, Texas Children's etc.)?

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

I have got joining bonus and if I resigned before April 2022. I have to pay the entire bonus and within one year I am not willing to switch also. Will TCS extend LWD or stop the relieving letter if I don’t complete KT to my replacement before my LWD?
I see there is no possibility to complete KT in 2-3 months. It took me 6+ months to be completely aquatinted with my project post KT.
