But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.

I am confused. I am shifting from India having worked in Deloitte for 4 years to PwC London as Senior Associate. PwC is not paying me any sort of relocation allowance.
