Last week, I had a great roundtable interview with a mid-level company, one thing stood out to me, some of the interview managers mentioned that the engineering teams are like a family. Not sure if I’m triggered or if this is a red flag, but do you consider your colleagues like family?

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. 1. want me to relocate to NY but the supervisor is based in another state. Why am I relocating?2. commented on my outfit (a shirt and tie) for zoom and laughed that I dressed up for an interview

Two weeks ago I attended an interview in person and they promised to let me know whether or not I’d be hired for the position. Later, I learned through LinkedIn that a friend of mine got the job. The agency never contacted me to let me know anything. Should I be mad?

Had an interview today, for RN OnCall position. This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I asked for the range and he gave the range then immediately stated that I would qualify for mid range. Interviewing for a CSM role. Need to present a mock case study to customers. Gist of it is that the customer is advertising with us, doing well, but also doing well advertising with another company. Im assuming the presentation should consist of a performance review, why they should stay with us, and upsell potential. I’ve never done anything like this.

What usually goes into these presentations? What kinds of questions should I prep for?
