Lately, I have been thinking about how much advice is out there. 'Just exercise!' 'Try meditation!' 'Think positively!' While these things can be helpful, I often feel like there's a pressure to follow a specific path to 'get better.' But what if there isn't a one-size-fits-all solution? Is it okay to just sit with the feelings for a while instead of constantly trying to fix them? What's your take on all the 'expert' advice out there?

I suffer from depression. Currently on 150mg Venafaxcine. It seems my depression is worse in the day and I come alive at night. Has anyone experienced this with or without Venafaxcine?
I work remote and I'm currently on the bench. I'm worried because my utilization is low...Im trying to learn new skills and sleepy during the day it makes it hard. I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? I’ve been battling chronic depression for years now and have learned to recognize when I’m slipping into another depressive episode. I can feel that happening the last few days. Is the worst feeling and I feel so helpless and hopeless when it starts. Yes, I actively manage it with all off the recommended things to do, but really just wanted to unload a little here.
