Try to make special moments, even short ones can mean a lot. Be sure to set a date night. He can set one as a surprise and you do the same. Bubble bath together with a relaxing drink (coffee or hot chocolate works), music, and soft lighting.
It's not sexy or spontaneous, but plan those moments out ahead of time. Find a day you're both going to be home early, pick a recipe, grab a bottle of wine and make dinner together. Build a morning or evening walk into your daily routine. If you've got chores to do or errands to run, do them together. And above all else, try to avoid your phone when you do find yourself at home with your spouse. You don't need grand gestures to keep that romantic spark burning, you just need to be present in the time you are able to spend together.

This is so so hard. I totally understand what you’re saying here. It’s very important to schedule some time even if it’s a week to have a date night and a date night doesn’t have to be fancy sometimes we just hang out in my garage watch TV. We have a TV in there. Hang out. Listen to music talk really simple or cook good meal. Stay home. Watch a good movie and or go out for dinner. You know little things nothing crazy
