Hi All,
I have recived a call from HR regarding the salary offered & she told that we are offering that salary. I have accepted offer & told her to explain me the breakup of CTC, she said she will call me back but i have not received any call from last 2 days & I have tired to call & also mailed her but no revert.
Can someone explain me what should be the matter or its likes goes only in deloitte? Deliotte
Did anyone here move to tech from consulting?

For these purposes, I’ve taken a weighted average of the salary across the entire year. We have our raise cycle start April 1st.
2017 -$70k
2018 - $72.1k (3% raise in April, 9% on promotion starting December 1)
2019 - $78.6k
2020 - $74.7k (raises cut and 10% furlough in second half)
2021 - $79.2k (5% furlough first half, 3.7% raise in April)
2022 - $96k (promotion with 18% increase)
2023 - $96k average so far
2019 - 68K
2020 - 76K (promotion)
2021 - merit freeze+ 10% salary cut
2022 - 86K (Role change)
2023 - 89K (3.5% merit raise)
