Planning to move to New Zealand from the US next year for a better quality of life, how is the job market?

I have been recently selected in Virtusa and in the compensation there are components like Internet reimbursement, LTA, food reimbursement.
Could anybody please help me to understand will these components be paid out to me monthly or will be only provided if i submit the proofs for the particulars.
Also is the food reimbursement offered in the form of monthly Sodexo coupons?

My current CTC is 17.5lpa and I'm thinking to switch company for personal financial reasons.

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision. I work at an MSP (Managed Service Provider) meaning we are the IT services for many other companies. It’s busy all the time and I get to experience all different types of apps, OSes, and almost every aspect of IT in this way. I make around 50k which is alright but its hectic as there’s too many tickets and not enough personnel. I heard this is common but I’m not sure.
