Trying to move to DC Nov. 1st and I know no one nor do I know any areas (NYC real estate is too crazy and it’s time for a change). Where should a 25 year old woman live? My job is remote so I want an area that isn’t too closed off so I have an easier time meeting people. Additionally, any advice in that department is welcome! Budget 1500 for a studio.

Hi, I'm looking for advice on what the best CRM platform is that has the best marketing capabilities but also integrates with Zendesk. How do you assess your client time as billable or non-billable? We are currently reviewing our time card process and want to better establish groundwork for differentiating between the two. Further to that, do you have your time members log their time and categorize it as Billable/Non-Billable upon submission? or does the Account Manager review submitted time cards and assign each based on the work being logged?

When building a new brand, who is the actual client? Who has the final say? Who should you really listen to if no one is taking the lead? The president of the company, the original owner, the financial money partner, the third party manager? Everyone seems to have a voice, but the main contact is the underling gathering and offering their own opinion, which strangely seems to be the most on point. How do you handle this type of situation?

How to handle working with someone who frustrates you immensely? I work with someone who is one level above me hierarchically and is an ultimate micromanager (not one agenda or recap can be without edits) and is rude about establishing that they have dominance. The more senior leaders on the team are awesome and so is the client. It’s this one coworker who just got promoted and is now stepping on me constantly. Thanks!

I have about 1.5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, and prior to this, about 2 years of people management experience in a different industry. I’ve been offered a middle management position with company I’m currently at that requires me to manage 4 others below me, but is only offering a $5k salary increase - to $65k. Does that seem on the low end or is it valid? Any help is appreciated!

I’m currently in the process of accepting a promotion and have a say on the title. I’m moving up from an Enterprise Account Executive/Manager to a KEY Account Executive/Manager. Which one do you think pulls more weight and is more desired/interchangeable in the world of sales and my future career? (Yes I know they’re practically the same thing but I’m a very technical person and title means a lot to me lol)
