Cheaped out on all fronts. Bad hotels. Bad roommates. Cheap liquor. Cheap transport. No fun activities. No coordination. Plus demotivating speech from CEO.

Nothing memorable in this trip.

No wonder everyone I talked to is not interested in coming to the next offsite.
