Looking for companies with unlimited PTO for financial advisors, and/or generous maternity leave policies. I left a job earlier this year that had a flexible schedule as long as you got your work done, with consistent revenue so maternity leave wasn’t an issue. I took a new job in an ensemble practice where I’m salaried and have limited PTO. no info about a maternity leave policy, but I doubt it. I didn’t think I wanted kids, but now I do, so I’m looking for good options out there. TIA

1. CGI - 25LPA +1L JB
2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

My DOJ is tomorrow, unable to decide between them. Pls help me!!

Advice needed on handing in notice, I recently signed an offer letter and understand the screening process takes 4-6 weeks. I have a month's notice period and have agreed a preliminary start date in Feb.

I was planning on not handing my notice in until the checks had been completed so its all secured (not that I think I will fail any checks), but apparently I need a reference from my current employer not previous ones. Can't really do this without handing in notice can I?

I know this is a lot for fishbowl but I recently experienced a very traumatic sexual assault. It is almost impossible to keep it together &I’m having a very hard time getting work done. Any advice?
