Looking for docking station recommendations for my home office setup. Looking for something that can handle multiple 4K monitoring. Would prefer capabilities to have 3 external monitors and also ethernet as well as power delivery. There are so many options with such variations in price that I would love to know which docking station are you using and why.

1099 or w-2 ? I have been given the option though the company prefers w-2. It’s a day rate booking couple of months or more (no end date). Working on a regular desk and my laptop has been killing my back and neck for last few years. Finally spent a couple hundred dollars on a standing desk, wireless keyboard, and back/neck heating pad to alleviate the pain. Very hopeful working will be much better now.
