CNA is very collaborative and responsive - this goes a long way!

I think it depends what department you in! CNA is in growth mode and we want to do business so we have a broad appetite compared to others. Working with agents are easy once you learn processes

like

How are the processes?

I have 2 job offers. One at CNA and the other at Gallagher. I've never worked for a TPA. Anyone worked at these companies?

Any good bonuses on credit cards right now? (Jan 2022)

Already have Chase Freedom, Amazon (Chase), US Bank Cash+ Discover, AMEX, Wells Fargo 1.5%, all used for different expenditures to maximize cash back.

Thinking about getting the Wells Fargo 2% and closing the Wells Fargo 1.5%, and any others that overlap in cash back categories but at a lower rate.

I started working as a consultant with EY 8 months ago. Even though I'm content and learning a lot there, I think there are places where I might easily earn more money. I received a job offer last week from Alvarez & Marsal to work as a consultant at the Transaction Advisory Department (financial due diligence team), where I will be paid more fairly (salary & bonus). Should I accept it? Or would leaving EY that early not be wise?

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?
