I think the first balance is within yourself as forgiveness. It doesn’t matter how much money you make, you’re still allowed to have boundaries between work and personal. Your comp is your value based on your performance, not how much time you put in. Think about it, if you make 20% higher salary than your peers but work 20% more hours, you’re making the same or less per hour than they do.
That's a great salary, do you mind sharing the name of your company or your location? I wouldn't feel guilty if you're getting all the work done. If anything, you having a great schedule while completing all your tasks means you're a very efficient employee. A good firm should recognize that.
