Additional Posts in Offer Negotiations
Hello guys,
Today I had salary negotiation with Capgemini , they are offering 15 lpa with 10% variable. I feel this is a bit low based on current market standards. I asked for 20 initially, but they are not willing to go beyond 15 without any counter offer. HR flat out rejected 20 saying business will not approve. what is the max they will give after providing counter offer? And if i join around November, when will i be eligible for next appraisal? They are offering c1 band.

Better select from hometown. If I would’ve been in your place. That’s what I would do. Check out overall ratings on Glassdoor for Chennai companies. And just go with it. Every company has something good or bad. What depends is the team and your manager. If they are good you would be happy working
Location matters… which ever you like filter. And then compare
Tredence, Nagarro & Neudesic - Chennai (my hometown)
ZF & Providence - Hyderabad location (work from office), but these are product based companies
