I'm a new joinee in tcs and i have been allocated a project and its almost been 3 weeks since i have received my Swon but neither my client side credentials have been created nor i have been given any task. I ask my manager in daily standup call and all he says is your on boarding is pending. What does this mean and generally how much time does it take to on boarding in client side?

Why am I creating PMOs deliverables such as the project plan as the engagement mgr/functional lead of two workstreams. Pms argument is that they don’t know the content well enough to craft a substantive enough project plan.  Told him he should at least know enough or he’s prob not the right person for the job. If you live with a S/O or Spouse. How do you split cooking duties? For me since I am working 70 hrs a week right now, usually I do clean up/dishes and vegetable prep on weekdays and my wife does all the cooking.
On weekends, I will usually cook 2 meals plus all clean up and we order a couple meals of takeout.
