That’s right when they start to become squirmy jerks rather than potatoes. Plan accordingly.
Ugh haha that's rough. Yeah I hear it's best before they turn one. I was hoping to take a trip when she was 6 months old but that didn't happen.
We’re looking at Florida Keys for Thanksgiving
That's a great spot! We were there not too long ago, or we'd have thought of that too
I’m a huge fan of Guatemala. It’s cheap and the weather is amazing. Spend some time in Antigua and a few more days at the lake. There are so many different towns around the lake and they’re all so unique.
Amazing! Thanks so much
Will take a look!
Used to go to Marco Island for Thanksgiving and would rent a house within walking distance to the beach. Have been going to Cabo San Lucas for the last 6 years. Both are family friendly. Appreciate the all inclusive aspect of Cabo but also the ability to get out and see the town.
Thank you! Really appreciate it
Went to Colombia around Thanksgiving a few years ago and had an amazing time. Cartagena and Medellin
Consider a cruise, options like Norwegian if you are hoping for more adults. They tend to have couples with little babies vs tons of kiddos all over- and offer really great child care for a date night or some you time. Other options, Riviera Maya, Mexico (on the Caribbean Sea)-do an all inclusive. Both options give you guys an opportunity to unwind, minimal logistics, and let folks look after you!
I’d suggest Caribbean. Unless you’re going to a beach and staying there with a baby, Latam can be a grind with a baby. Don’t get me wrong - it’s good for older kids but it might not be worth the hassle
Lots of options, but I would say someplace like Aruba. Good infrastructure, food, cleanliness and safety. With a baby that age you need convenience. People are friendly and lots of easy options.
