Looking for opinions / feedback on eBilling systems. Looking at Legal Tracker, SimpleLegal, Brightflag and Mitratech. Wondering whether anyone has good or bad experiences to share with any of these. Thank you!!

We use legal tracker. I was never actually trained on it, but it seems fairly intuitive and it’s worked pretty well for me. But it’s the only software I’ve used, so if someone else tells you there are better appsX I wouldn’t dispute it.

Look at Priori's Legal Tech guide.

SimpleLegal charges a fee based on spend.

Brightflag is the one I hear about most on CLOC message boards.

SimpleLegal and Brightflag consistently get good reviews. Mitts tech is a no go.

NFW- I just had a good laugh. Earlier today I was on a video conference call reviewing a Private Label Agreement template with a larger company who wishes to brand label products we develop and manufacture. We came to a very one-sided provision and my sales VP stated “for this one, how can we just say ‘hell no’ ...nicely?” The other person on the call said we can replace the wording with just NFW (no f@$* way) and I said “I will have to add that to the defined terms section so it’s clear”
