How many employees does KGS have in total?
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Ok look - the WLB at McCann Health will vary by client and by manager - much like most agencies. I work on Janssen, one of the biggest accounts and probably one with a reputation of poor WLB (though it hasn’t been any different than my previous agencies). That said, I’ve been here a while and cannot complain. In my experience, you gamble with any agency. But what I like about McCann, is the that they genuinely try to make agency life better. It’s something that can’t change overnight, but I’ve seen strides. Maybe I drank the Kool-Aid as it were, but that’s been my experience.
McCann Health has horrible WLB. RH has a checkered past in terms of ethical clients. Super HCP heavy too. Better WLB than McCann Health. Pick your poison!
I’d hold out for other pharma agencies if that’s your preference.
I’m not sold on pharma…I would rather do overarching healthcare advertising
I heard McCann just lost a huge client (Microsoft), and their reviews are pretty negative from what I've seen. Better of two evils is Razorfish Health I think.
Different division.
