Looking for some advice: I am 25 and attained my Masters in Managerial Finance last year. Ive been working consistently since 14 and have spent the last 4-5 years in management positions in the hospitality industry and in sales... now that I'm trying to migrate into the Finance industry, I feel as though my Resume is undesirable to companies for positions that are anything but entry level, and I cant take the pay cut- any recommendations?
