Always go with private lenders! They gave me a 3% better interest rate, jumbo loan, assuming you have a great credit score.

like

Oftentimes it’s your local bank or credit union. Getting multiple rates allows you to make it more competitive.

💯

Banks compete with each other on a daily basis to get customers. Whoever had the “best” rates last week may not have the best rates this week.

Also, some banks will make up for lower rates with higher fees. So you have to look at the big picture.

Hit up Stephen betterton at prime lending: sbetterton@primelending.com

2 years ago I got a significantly lower rate with him/his bank than I was offered from 3 other banks. Identical mortgages with no points or extra fees.

Obviously no guarantee you’ll experience the same but a reco worth looking into.

A small local bank. They don’t have shareholders to make rich, only themselves

Looking to buy a model Y. Test drive it yesterday. Feels a bit sporty (not luxury comfy). Debating:

(2) is the $10K investment in FSD even worth it? I think no.

Based on the Gross salary offered I have calculated the in hand salary per month would be around 152000 considering 150000 in 80C, 50000 in NPS and 200000 deductions due to home loan interest. Total tax liability is around 400000. Any other options do I have to save tax further (other than HRA, LTA)? Thanks in advance.

My fictitious debt to income ratio was too high for them to approve me, and it took seven days for my loan to be officially back in repayment. So just a heads up.
