After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

What makes you feel your absolutely ready to become an FA?
Thou shall not pass! Unless you answer M1s readiness assessment
Have you really thought through what type of role you want to be in? There are many different types of advisor roles that require different skill sets, hours, personalities. Some are basically entrepreneurs/business owners. They are responsible to make sure their business is run properly, to find their clients, and they only get paid based on what they produce. That takes someone who is very driven and has a good network established that they can call on. Others are more like employees of a much larger firm. They tend to be fed some clients but may be asked to find more. They might be paid salary plus bonuses or they might be on a grid. These people typically don’t make as much on the higher end since they have less overall responsibility to the success of the company. I would encourage you to think about what business model fits your personality. Are you a lone wolf, do you want to be part of a team, will you buy a book or grow it organically…? Answering those questions will help you narrow the types of companies you should look at. Best of luck!
