Looks like a massive Exodus happened in Deloitte? Trying to staff a project and there is literally no one to staff with (at least Salesforce practice) and we are having to reach out to contractors. Is this a result of layoffs that happened last year and folks are purely unhappy with pay (not considering project pressure as that can vary/be subjective)? For folks who have been here for a long time, is this a common occurrence or is it especially bad this time around?

I have BS degree in healthcare professions and wanted to know if 40k is too low of salary to start off as a compliance officer for a pharmacy that provides discounted medications.
